Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Human Resource information such as employment data and legality.
- Make job postings and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Provide comprehensive support to employees on various HR-related issues (Attendances, Sick leave, Permission)
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with related divisions to ensure consistent policy implementation across all employees.
- Participate in the development and formulation of HR and General Affair policies.
- Engage in special projects related to HRGA (Building renovations, Office relocations).
- Run daily errands as requested.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Devise and maintain office filling system.
- Draft correspondences, such as: emails and letters.
- Produce reports, presentations, documents, and briefs.
- Schedule meeting and manage calendars.
- Prepare materials & ensure meeting runs well as scheduled.
- Take accurate & comprehensive notes at meetings.
Qualifications:
- Education minimum S1 all major.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
- Experiences as Human Resources / Personal Assistant.
- Discretion & confidentiality.
- Pro-active approach & excellent problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask & work well under pressure.
- Excellent time management skill.
- Good at conducting research & preparing reports.
- Good at coordinating people.
