Job Description:
- Develop and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Supporting company establishment
- Generate and analyze HR-related reports for management review
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies
- Supporting the recruitment process
- Oversee general affair tasks, including office supplies, facilities management, and maintenance
- Budgeting for HRGA Dept.
- Handle general administration for support company operational
- Basic Accounting support
Requirement:
- Min. Diploma degree in any major
- Candidate should have experience in supporting accounting works
- Able to speak English
- Able to speak Japanese would be a plus
- Experienced in HRGA Min. 5 years
- Wiling to work at Cikarang area
- Employment: 1 year contract, after that permanent
