Human Resource Development & Administration

Unionfood Lestari Abadi is seeking a talented and dynamic Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fostering a positive and productive work environment while supporting the company's growth and development.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
• Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefit options and enrollment.
• Oversee employee relations, including addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and recommending solutions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure consistency and fairness across the organization.
• Assist with administration and performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing feedback to managers and employees.
• Provide support and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and professional development.
• Stay informed about current HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

•  years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred but not required.
