“HRIS STAFF”
Responsible to support, manage, and control HRIS database for the new HRIS development in collaboration with vendor and related departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree graduate in any majors (preferably in Human Resource, Psychology, Management, and Industrial Engineering)
- Familiar with HR-related field (Recruitment, BPJS, Payroll, Tax, Leave) and Labor Law
- Experienced in data governance, data management, data compliance, and data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality management, data security, and data privacy regulations.
- Familiar with IT system, exposure to use of HR systems like SAP or ERP is a plus.
- Well understanding about presenting and reporting.
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Have awareness of Health, Safety & Work Environment culture as a top priority
- Able to work effectively and result-oriented with fast-paced environment
- Willing to be placed at Serpong, South Tangerang and mobile (if needed)
