HSE Officer

1. Support, implement and ensure compliance with governmental regulations
2. Support, implement, maintain, and modify (where necessary) the specific EHS Procedure Manual for projects as well as emergency planning and preparation to right size it for the facility.
3. Provide/seek technical support, input, and coordination on environmental, health and safety issues that affect the projects.
4. As appropriate, review all training in the environmental, health and safety areas and determine applicability for projects. 
5. Ensure that environmental, health and safety assessments, personal protective equipment, procedures, training, and other control measures as required by the Rockwell Automation & country specific EHS manual are implemented. 
6. Conduct compliance EHS Self Assessments upon request and per schedule, support external audits and hold an annual review of the environmental and safety program with the management team.
7. Responds with urgency to internal/external customer needs and solves complex customer problems

Requirement : 

1. 5 years’ working experience is preferred. Previous EHS experience and basic in-country EHS regulation knowledge is required.  Strong communication skills and a team-oriented style are deemed important for this individual.
2. AK3 General certified (Ahli Keselamatan & Kesehatan Kerja Umum) is mandatory. With AK3 Electrical is preferred.
3. Participate in and aid with any governmental agency field visits that may arise.
4. Experienced as HSE and Quality Management System for ISO 9001 /14001 /45001 as minimum.
5. Experienced in Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and Determining Controls
6. Experienced in Contractor Safety Management 
7. Experienced in managing parallel project, coordination with project safety men and Project Managers 
8. Proficiency in both Spoken and Written English is mandatory
