Uraian Tugas
- Engage procedure, work instruction & work form of HSE
- Socialize & engage HSE project program including policy
- Do HSE induction, Toolbox Talk periodically to employee
- Ensure socialization risk assessment to employee in field before start working
- Put safety signs in work location as need
- Responsible for do routine check of K3 awareness such APD in work field
- Do Monthly inspection for readiness & proper of APD, APAR, K3 Emergency Box etc in work field
- Watch over tool or equipment in proper condition and ready to use as its validation
- Warn and give sanction to any employee violation related to K3
- Report to Manager / HSE Coordinator of all accident and dangerous event and do P3K to avoid fatal injury
- Give train HSE to employee such APAR use, work in high condition, emergency alert etc.
- Coordinate work permit that has been done by Sub-contractor/foreman
- Coordinate to solve problem, investigate, and give feedback for condition and unsafe act as having HSE meeting based on HSE program
- Do other tasks which are given from direct superior / management in HSE field
