- Develop designs to support awareness, rules, and announcements regarding safety within the organization.
- Update content related to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities on our Google Sites platform.
- Create instructional media, such as videos, to communicate lessons learned and safety guidelines effectively.
- Plan and generate safety materials for weekly safety sharing sessions with Operations teams.
- Ensure the provision of safety layouts and follow-up on safety tool requirements for newly opened Hub FM/LM/both.
- Coordinate safety layout arrangements and follow-up on safety tool requirements for newly opened SOC facilities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in design skills, including poster creation and video animation.
- Ability to deliver training sessions and develop training modules.
- Strong analytical skills to assess safety needs and implement effective solutions.
- Capability to develop and maintain project timelines using tools such as Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications, including Google Slides, Google Forms, and Google Docs.
