Job Responsibility:
- Partner with the business to provide HR advices across the whole employment life cycle
Job Requirement:
- Minimal Bachelor Degree
- Minimal 5 years experience as HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, preferably as HR in Banking industry
- Good HR knowledge (Performance Management, Career Management, Talent Management, etc)
- Good analytical thinking, conceptual thinking, organization awareness, data analysis, communication skill and detail oriented
- Willing to work on-site / fully WFO
