Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling hiring targets as per manpower request.
- Recruiting, interviewing, and conducting onboarding for new hires.
- Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare attendance records and report properly.
- Register new and re-join employees to BPJS ketenagakerjaan and BPJS kesehatan.
- Responsible for ensuring that training happens as per schedule.
- Apply for work permits for foreign workers, from RPTKA up to KITAS/ITAS
- Understand how to make a contract, letter for employee end contract and termination.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
- Bachelor's degree in law, Psychology, HR Management, and any related field or have experience in HR.
- Minimum has one year of working experience in a related field.
- Familiar with the full spectrum of HR (training, recruitment, Jamsostek, manpower regulations, etc.)
- Good command of written and verbal English
- IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Meticulous, organized with an eye for details.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and approachable personality with a positive learning attitude.
- Willing work on-site in Bintan, Kepulauan Riau.
