Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.
- Responsible for ensuring that trainings are conducted as per schedule.
- Involve in employee performance management.
- Manage attendance records and report properly.
- Provide administrative support related to attendance to payroll.
- Register new and re-join employees to BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan.
- Apply for work permits for expatriates, from RPTKA up to KITAS/ITAS.
- Manage employment contract and offboarding process.
The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Law, and any related fields.
- Minimum 1 year in Human Resources in a manufacturing company. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Have knowledge of the full spectrum of the HR field (Recruitment, Training, Attendance, BPJS, etc.)
- Good command of written and verbal English.
- IT savvy and proficient in the utilization Ms. Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous, organized, and willing to work across sections.
- Willing to live in Bintan, Riau Islands.
