Job Description :
- Manage Compensation Benefits, HRIS & Personnel, Industrial Relations, and Recruitment functions.
- Supervise and develop an effective compensation & benefits process to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of payroll.
- Manage and update employee database to ensure all employee data is complete and accurate.
- Develop hiring strategies to meet project workforce needs in accordance with qualifications and service level agreements.
- Develop, update, and ensure company policies comply with labor regulations.
- Deliver Human Capital services to ensure the company's operations run smoothly.
- Handle industrial relations disputes based on company and Indonesian labor law regulations.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive Human Capital Operation reports.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as Human Capital Operation Ast. Manager or relevant experience
- Experienced in compensation benefits, industrial relations & recruitment
- Experience managing >5.000 manpower
- Excellent collaboration & leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor law regulations
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
