Job Responsibility
Manage Telegram Channel
- Regularly update content including product updates, promotions, and engaging posts to drive customer engagement.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and feedback via Telegram.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
- Research potential resellers and distributors for the company's skincare products.
- Reach out to potential resellers, negotiate terms, and onboard them into the company's distribution network.
- Maintain relationships with resellers, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Attend meetings and accurately record minutes.
- Distribute minutes promptly to relevant stakeholders.
- Follow up on action items and deadlines outlined in the minutes.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns promptly and professionally.
- Provide product information, usage guidelines, and skincare advice to customers.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate interview logistics and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Onboard new hires and facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Prepare agreements, contracts, and other legal documents as required.
- Review agreements for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain records of all agreements and ensure they are properly filed and organized.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Telegram and other communication platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and procedures.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Legal knowledge or experience in drafting agreements is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in business administration or related field preferred.
