Human Resources Specialist  

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop & maintain business relationships
- Search for opportunities, submit partnerships proposals, and conduct negotiation
- Analyze partnership effectiveness & optimize business growth
- Strategy & tactical development also creative & critical thinking to advice on interesting platform improvements
- Work cross-functionally with policy, legal, communications, marketing, product, finance, and sales.
- Increase department efficiency by increasing man power, reducing turn over, backlogs and filling man power vacancies in all branches

Requirements :
- Male (25 - 35 years old)
- More than 3 years experience in management
- Experience with spreadsheet analysis, public presentations, and data management
- Experience initiating and driving new business opportunities
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Good negotiation and analytical skills
- Available for mobile work (domestic & overseas)
- Tech savvy, creative, and innovative
