Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with +5 years of experience as HR Generalist• Manufacturing Industries in a multinational corporation is a plus• Strong knowledge in Industrial Relations (IR), Manpower Applied Regulations, and HR Laws• Able to speak Bahasa and English, Competent in Ms. Office, and Administrative Skills• Excellent communication and can work multitasking• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced dynamic environment• Adapt at building & maintaining relationship with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization• Willing to be placed at Cikarang and start working immediately
