Hr Generalist / Business Partner

Job Role:

• Implementing HR Programs and initiatives aligned with the overall Operation strategy
• Bridging management, Union and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues 
• Managing the recruitment and selection process as well as Talent development
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Nurture a positive working environment.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Maintain pay plan, prepare payroll data and benefit program
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Manage and responsible for handling any application, filing of claim, documentation of BPJS, Report of Pertaining in matters of Manpower.
• Manage and supervise in the usage of Company’s Inventory; to prepare of employee’s loan, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement. Also other secretarial task required by the Company.
• Manage the General Affairs duties e.g licencing, building maintenance.

Job Requirements:

1. Min. S1 HR, Management, Engineering, Law

2. Min. 7 years of experience in HR Generalist, have Experience on Manufacturing

3. Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)

4. Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines

5. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices

6. Fluent in English is a must (speaking and writing)

7. Strong leadership, teamwork, resourcefulness and self-driven

8. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.

8. Willing to be placed in Cikarang
