Job Role:
- Implementing HR Programs and initiatives aligned with the overall Operation strategy
- Bridging management, Union and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Managing the recruitment and selection process as well as Talent development
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Maintain pay plan, prepare payroll data and benefit program
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Manage and responsible for handling any application, filing of claim, documentation of BPJS, Report of Pertaining in matters of Manpower.
- Manage and supervise in the usage of Company’s Inventory; to prepare of employee’s loan, annual leave, medical/hospital reimbursement. Also other secretarial task required by the Company.
- Manage the General Affairs duties e.g licencing, building maintenance.
Job Requirements:
1. Min. S1 HR, Management, Engineering, Law
2. Min. 7 years of experience in HR Generalist, have Experience on Manufacturing
3. Excellent presentation and communication skills (written and oral)
4. Able to prioritize work to meet deadlines
5. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
6. Fluent in English is a must (speaking and writing)
7. Strong leadership, teamwork, resourcefulness and self-driven
8. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
9. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
