Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires.
- Handle offboarding procedures, inc. exit interviews, return of company property, and compliance with termination policies.
- Processing payroll accurately.
- Handle employee inquiries and conflicts.
- Collaborating with management to create and update HR policies and procedures in line with company objectives and legal requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a focus on HR Operations.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
- Willing to work hybrid (1 day onsite), our office at Tambun Selatan, Bekasi
