Key Responsibilities:
Employee Data Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
- Assist employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Recruitment Coordination:
- Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and support throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks.
HR Administration:
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
- Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and performance management processes.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards in handling sensitive HR information.
- Assist in audits and investigations related to HR matters.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
