Uraian Tugas

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
  • Assist employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Assist in coordinating recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Communicate with candidates to provide necessary information and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely completion of recruitment tasks.

HR Administration:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and documents as needed.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and performance management processes.

Compliance and Legal:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data protection standards in handling sensitive HR information.
  • Assist in audits and investigations related to HR matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suites applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues across departments.
  • Domiciled in Denpasar
