Responsibilities
• Ensure knowledge transfer properly and measure• Ensure all process end to end in Sortation Center (SOC) follow company’s regulation• Ensure all Leader and Team Member known all the process
Requirements
• Possess a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from any major• Minimum 2 years of experience in Express/Logistics company for managing project and implementation across Indonesia• Excellent in problem solving• Good communication skill and leadership• Understand end-to-end operations and system• Willing to travel• Willing to be placed in Cimahi/Bandung area, West Java
