Import Assistant Manager

Qualification:

• Age 30 - 35 Years old,
• Education minimum bachelor degree from any related fields,
• Have good English communication skill,
• Good relationship with business partner,
• Understanding of Export Import process,
• Have good relationship with custom, 3PL, BUMN, related ministries,
• Experience in MITA/AEO will be point plus,
• Good communication skill with strong knowledge in Indonesia import and its related regulation,
• Understand and capable to handle customs clearance process including preparation Docs Shipment & PIB,
• Monitoring Delivery with forwarder regarding Delivery Cargo to Factory,
• Experience in a multi-national manufacturing company is a plus point.

Scope of Responsibilities / Job Description

1. Responsible for all import operations
2. Handle of Export/Import process (Interaction with forwarder)
3. Optimal and efficient logistics execution
4. Inventory control
5. As a main in-charge of import activity, ensuring its compliance with local regulation (lartas), for raw-materials, tools, machines, refrigerant
6. Assisting in the audit activity and related reporting to custom office
7. Hold a relevant certification of import, to be applied in the regular works
8. Supporting other works, e.g. procedure and instruction (IK), ISO, MITA/AEO.

Experience requirement

1. More than 7 years of experience in international trade work
2. Knowledge of international commercial operations
3. Experience in Manufacturing (assembly) company, Electronic or Automotive, (Japanese company better)
4. Experience to lead an import team in manufacturing company. Experience in export is a plus
5. Experience in MITA/AEO certification is a plus

Skills / Competency

1. Able to use SAP (System Application and Processing)
2. Good communication / relation
3. A good negotiation skills, and good networking in a import domain
4. Certified import training
5. A good updated knowledge to Indonesia import regulation & import system (INSW, lartas, quota import).
