About the Role:
We are seeking highly motivated and meticulous Import Staff to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of our import process, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Liaise with shipping agents, and customs authorities to ensure timely delivery and clearance of goods.
- Calculate import duties and taxes in accordance with Indonesian Customs regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Research and stay updated on changes to Indonesian Customs regulations and procedures.
- Assist with other logistics and procurement tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Import/Export Administration within a commercial setting.
- Working experience at a PPJK (Penyelenggara Jasa Kepabeanan Berizin) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Customs regulations and procedures.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and problem-solving skills.
