Industrial Relation Analyst

• Analyze, build systems, and follow up on the implementation of Industrial Relations, especially Communications Activities, Development of Work Discipline, and Termination in Companies related to the implementation of applicable laws and regulations in the Company.
• Analyze, build systems, and follow up on the implementation of Industrial Relations, especially Various activities that are administrative, documentation, and database, and Centralization Outsourcing in the Company.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law from reputable university with Min GPA 3.00 of 4.00.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Have good knowledge in Labour Law.
• Have experience in handling employee relation issue.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Good team player with the ability to do multi-task.
• Willing to working with deadlines and travel for business trip.
