Description
As an Industrial Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Building robust connections with stakeholders, encompassing both internal and external parties
- Developing a labor strategy to fortify and improve relationships
- Becoming proficient in employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving disputes
- Managing and resolving employee conflicts effectively
- Developing a comprehensive strategy for addressing employee well-being, concerns, and challenges
Profile
A successful candidate must possess:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably within law, psychology, or human resources management
- Minimum of 8 years within Industrial Relations, employee relations, and/or labor relations position
- Proven track record in solving Industrial Relations cases and disputes
- Previous experiences as an individual contributor managing employee relations and union relations
- Ability to create strategies for mapping out possible issues and preventing disputes
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
- Will be relocating to Batam area
