Job Description
As an Industrial Relations Manager, you will be responsible for:
Building robust connections with stakeholders, encompassing both internal and external partiesDeveloping a labor strategy to fortify and improve relationshipsBecoming proficient in employee relations, addressing concerns, and resolving disputesManaging and resolving employee conflicts effectivelyDeveloping a comprehensive strategy for addressing employee well-being, concerns, and challenges The Successful Applicant A successful candidate must possess:
Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably within law, psychology, or human resources managementMinimum of 8 years within Industrial Relations, employee relations, and/or labor relations positionProven track record in solving Industrial Relations cases and disputesPrevious experiences as an individual contributor managing employee relations and union relationsAbility to create strategies for mapping out possible issues and preventing disputesGood communication and negotiation skillsFluent in EnglishWill be relocating to Batam area What's on Offer Competitive salary & benefitWorking with top management as an individual contributorManaging strategies and mapping out projectsStable industry
