Industrial Relations Manager/ Senior Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and confident Industrial Relations Manager/ Senior Manager with duties as below: responsible for managing and maintaining positive employee relations, facilitating relationships with unions with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handling all Industrial Relations issues within the organization.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing relationships with unions
• Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
• Investigating and resolving complex or critical Industrial Relations issues in a timely and effective manner
• Coordinating with HR Business Units if needed
• Creating/ updating HR Policy periodically
• Implementing HR Policy Audit in Business Units
• Renewing/ Updating collective labor agreement & company regulations according to schedule.
• etc

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree
• Having minimum 10 years experiences in Industrial Relations and minimum 5 years as IR Manager (Specialist)
• Strong experience in dealing with unions
• Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
• In-depth knowledge of employment legislation
• Fluent in English
• Strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills
• Willing to work with no subordinate (kontributor tunggal)
• Willing to travel around Indonesia
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Having can-do attitude
• Compliance & detail oriented
• Highly organized
