We are looking for a results-driven and confident Industrial Relations Manager/ Senior Manager with duties as below: responsible for managing and maintaining positive employee relations, facilitating relationships with unions with the aim of building a positive and engaged work environment, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and handling all Industrial Relations issues within the organization.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships with unions
- Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
- Investigating and resolving complex or critical Industrial Relations issues in a timely and effective manner
- Coordinating with HR Business Units if needed
- Creating/ updating HR Policy periodically
- Implementing HR Policy Audit in Business Units
- Renewing/ Updating collective labor agreement & company regulations according to schedule.

The ideal candidate should possess:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Having minimum 10 years experiences in Industrial Relations and minimum 5 years as IR Manager (Specialist)
- Strong experience in dealing with unions
- Strong knowledge of HR policies & procedures
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation
- Fluent in English
- Strong problem-solving, negotiation & influencing skills
- Willing to work with no subordinate (kontributor tunggal)
- Willing to travel around Indonesia
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Having can-do attitude
- Compliance & detail oriented
- Highly organized
