Overview
This role will be responsible and focused in end to end of IR and ER process and scope.
Key Responsibilities :
- Evaluate regulation and its compliance status related to Industrial Relation, Employee Relations, Training and Competence based on local Indonesian regulation, international standard and Unilever requirements.
- Develop, maintain and evaluate overall Industrial relation, Employee relation and training master plan and define target with HR Manager and Managing Director
- Observe and facilitate of the union / LKS Bipartite activities and define the right action
- Managing and being the spokesperson for PHI, bipartite, tripartite, and other dispute resolution
- Controlling all significant impact of employee issues and disputes
- Create positive actions and event to increase and maintain the employee’s sense of belonging
- Continuously update information regarding laws related to company employment
- Responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree in law.
- Good English proficiency, both verbal and written.
- Having at least 5 years of experience in the same position at Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong understanding in HR regulations, government regulations related to employment law.
- Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
