Overview :
Reporting to HRBP Manager, this role will be focused in delivering Talent Acquisition strategies and manpower fulfilment for both manufacturing and non-manufacturing headcount. Leading people review and talent successful programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Talent Acquisition strategy and Design, plan and execute Talent Acquisition activities and selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, tests, etc.)
- Coordinate with other department/division to create, develop and implement professional career path system.
- Conducting people review and talent successful programs
- Develop sustainable Talent Acquisition and hiring plans and strategies
- Perform candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations and workshops, analysis of hiring needs, and provide employee hiring forecast
- Plan recruitment Initiatives (such as Employee Referral Programs, ATS Development, Recruitment Marketing tools, etc.)
- Plan procedures for improving the candidate experience and suggest measures for improving employee retention
- Manage People Review discussion and process twice a year as part of development and performance matters
Qualifications:
- Well versed in English is a must
- Must be ready to be relocated to Sei Mangkei and working from site
- 8+ years of experience as Talent Acquisition, broad experience in Talent Management is preferred
- Progressive experience in a similar role within HR industry; excellent industry awareness and understanding of the technical and behavioral development needs of the organization
- Experienced in Manufacturing Manpower fulfillment
- Experienced with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing, and Recruitment tools
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruiting and mass recruitment
- Strong knowledge of Human Resources law and regulation
