Uraian Tugas

Job Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Assisting the Legal & External Affairs Manager; manage & listings of contracts/agreements, corporate legal, monitoring permits & licenses, litigations, due diligence,

  2. He/she will manage the Business Integrity issues as Business Integrity officer.

  3. Assisting the the Legal & External Affairs Manager related with legal review and revising, legal advise and comments, contract negotiations with vendors, suppliers, contactors, consultants, partner until signing, including drafting, reviewing, revising until finalization signing of Amendment/Addendum. Legal comment & advise to facilitate project goals and ensures that the Project is comply with prevailing laws & regulations, and meets Company’s target defending commercial aspect of the Company

  4. Assisting Legal & External Affairs Manager related with llitigation process as resolution of legal issues through the courts actively taking legal proceedings either civil action or criminal action brought in a court of law; cross examination when the plaintiff claiming to have suffered a loss as a result of the defendant's actions, demands legal or remedies, including maintain case files, including producing and editing transcripts

  5. Collaborate with relevant Department related with legal advisory, contracts management meets Project timelines (draft, proofread, and file or send relevant legal documents to internal and external

  6. Monitoring licenses, permits & certifications ensured that no expiration

  7. Track deadlines to ensure legal documents are filed in a timely manner

  8. Maintain strict confidentiality of organizational and client information

  9. Communicate with both internal external persons, on-line meetings and off-line meetings, via telephone & via emailPerform legal research for new project and checking legal documents before signing

Skills and Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Law degree

  • Has background on integrity case / corporate case which relate with Business integrity

  • Experience on corporate system and internal audit standard.

  • 5 – 10 years of experiences as in the industrial zone, special economic zone and/or manufacturing industry

  • Experience working with multiple cultures

  • English fluency

  • Good interpersonal skill and assertive

  • Solutions oriented

  • Preferred skills of expertise: Contract management, Corporate Legal, Permits and Licenses, Litigation, Legal administration.
