Job Description:
1. Direct dan supervise GM sites and legal dept on site
2. Managing the legal exposure, which involve structuring, drafting and administering legal contracts
3. Facilitating in managing legal exposure and mitigating legal risks in business operations in company and/or sites including permits and stakeholder relations
4. Issuing legal opinion on commercial law, agreement and/or management issues of the company or sites
5. Manage legal activities pertaining to the corporations, contracts management, present legal doc and agreement to the stakeholders as well as become the face of the company to government, third parties and relevant institutions
Responsibility:
1. Provide strategic legal advice in all matters that are relevant for the business of the company and sites with the highest standard of legal, professional ethics and compliant with the prevailing laws and regulations
2. Develop and implement legal and corporate affair strategies and through the collaboration with other functions provide strategic legal insight, potential risks exposure and mitigation plans of any significant legal and regulatory development
3. Gain a good understanding of business processes in order to provide relevant and practical advice to various function
4. Review agreement and/or legal doc to solve legal issues and/or revise the agreement
5. Executing legal actions required and providing advice based on day to day issues
6. Interface with appropriate regulatory agencies, external and internal parties are necessary to support corporate object
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law with min GPA 3.00 from reputable universities
2. At least 7 years of working experience as Corporate Legal or Law Associate.
3. Having experience in Mall Industries & Peradi Card will be advantage
4. Fluent in English
5. An analytical mind and strong problem-solving ability
6. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
7. Attention to detail and a ‘can-do’ attitude
