Job Description
- Drafting and/or reviewing comprehensive agreements for BRC Group and other business units by making standard and/or templates of agreement that are in regular use by BRC Group while maintaining interests of the company
- Conducting the duty legal department within a sensible and efficient budget
- Giving legal opinion and advice on any legal matters to mitigate legal risk, and at the same time protecting company's interest and business operation
