Job Requirements:
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience as Legal Staff.
- Have experience in coal or nickel mining industry are preferred.
- Graduates from Law Degree.
- Understand the requirement in license approval, contract drafting and litigation process.
Job Description:
- To ensure a reliable documentation system.
- Apply the necessary business license for company.
- Apply due diligence process prior to contract agreement.
- Contract drafting and negotiation.
