Legal Staff

Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on a variety of topics, including fintech regulations, data privacy laws, and contractual matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of legal strategies and policies to support business objectives while minimizing legal risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, compliance, finance, and operations, to provide legal guidance and support.
• Assist in the management of regulatory compliance efforts, including licensing, reporting, and audits.
• Support corporate governance activities, such as maintaining corporate records, drafting resolutions, and facilitating board meetings.
• Handle legal inquiries and disputes, including responding to customer complaints and coordinating with external counsel when necessary.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in fintech and related legal areas.
• Perform other legal tasks and projects as assigned by the legal team or management.
• Manage corporate governance matters, including preparing and maintaining corporate records, filings, documentation and other corporate actions.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and promote best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including finance, compliance, operations, and technology, to address legal issues and provide support and guidance on corporate matters.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Law
• Female is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience practicing law, with a focus on fintech, banking, or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of fintech regulations, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), know your customer (KYC), consumer protection, and data privacy laws.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experienced on making agreements (ex. NDA & PKS)
• Attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
