Responsibilities
IT Support Intern
- Support IT Infrastructure: Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Help Desk Support: Provide support to end-users by addressing and resolving technical issues, responding to support tickets, and assisting with user inquiries.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Assist in monitoring the performance and availability of IT systems and notifying the team of any anomalies or issues.
- Inventory Management Project: Maintain an inventory of IT assets, including hardware and software licenses.
- Documentation: Assist in creating and updating IT documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Requirements
- Passionate with the world of IT operational in an organization with related experience or knowledge in study or internship before.
- Student from engineering-related major. Preferably in the last semester of study with no active classes; or students working on an ongoing thesis work.
- Able to work from the office from Monday-Friday.
- No compensation will be provided, but great working experience may follow.
