Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician located in Komodo. The IT Support Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting desktop computers, supporting printers, and repairing computers.
Qualifications
- Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with desktop computers and printer support
- Computer repair skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and configuration is a plus
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) are a plus
