Instructional Designer

Job Descriptions:

1. Conduct research & development activities based on content development plan from direct supervisor.
2. Ensure the progress of multimedia production (from ordering to storyboard development and translate materials to other language as needed)
3. Conduct training for subject matter expert (e.g., Instructor, teacher or other service user).
4. Evaluate curriculum and provide sufficient feedback on the learning technology required to convey the knowledge to users.
5. Keep track of Learning Object development especially the content for every course unit within responsibility.
6. Introduce and share knowledge related to storyboard, script and scenario for instructor (for every Learning Object request)
7. Act as a mediator between instructor and Product Developer
8. Provide class preparations activities in the beginning of the program related to learning material
9. Prepare guidelines in completion of preparing learning material.
10. Conduct research and benchmark related to:

• Effective technology integration and instructional delivery
• Activities and product analysis from similar competitors

1. Propose and evaluate effective technology integration and instructional delivery used by instructor in related school.
2. Conduct Instructor’s/teacher’s review in related school and provide technical mentoring (when required)
3. Expert in one or more skills to become role model for instructors and/or to develop instructors’ skill

Management Support Activities:

• Provide Report to direct Supervisor
• Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
• Perform activities related to Quality Management System
• Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree

Work Exposure/ Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of working experience

• Research
• Research & Development (R&D)
• Public Speaking & Presentations
