Instrumentation Manager

We are working on behalf of Polyester Manufacture company based in Purwakarta, West Java, Indonesia and now is looking for Instrumentation Manager. The job purpose is to support the Head of Function in designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
Responsibilities

• Ensure instrumentation systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently and safely.
• Ensure safe, reliable and environmentally responsible operations in the plant.
• Plan, prepare and assist special research, automation and process control.
• Identify any special handling and storage requirements for instrument equipment prior to delivery.
• Review and comments on supplier information and assist with inspection and testing.
• Ensure that electronic systems meet statutory and regulatory requirements
• In charge of testing, evaluating, modifying and calibrating products and instruments
• Ascertain and document any service quality issues about instrumentation and electricity and make sure that relevant solutions are provided to resolve them
• Keep track of safety measures, controllers, general service instruments, calibration process and communication
• Make certain that corrective activities are implemented and followed up
• Responsible to execute instrumentation assigned duties and to support the other management team members
  

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
• At least 15 years of experience
• DCS Yokogawa Centum VP,
• PLC Siemens, Omron, ABB, Mitsubishi,
• control valve type, Flow serve, Fisher, Siemens, Samson,
• equipment instrument for flow, pressure, level, temperature.
• Ability to resolve issues and think diagnostically.
• Excellent critical thinking skills and a high level of numeracy
• Knowledge in Industrial Safety Standards and Engineering Standards and Regulations.
• Software and applications: Ms. Office, Oracle users apps, and SAP
