About The Company:
- The working venue is in Banten.
- Our client is a Japanese Instrumentation company. Currently, they are looking for Service Engineer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Installation and getting the final acceptance from the customer.
- Maintenance of the installed base.
- Keep the demo equipment fully operational.
- Provide customer service for all instrumentation.
- Perform field service for installations and repair.
- Train customers on software and hardware of instrument.
- Perform upgrades, modification relocation of instruments.
- Handle in-house customer repairs.
- Promote service replacement parts, service contracts.
- Support sales team for site survey of company & competitor install base.
- Prepare quotations for service issue when system out of warranty, for parts and service contract.
- Ensure that the customer received all the information as requested.
- Report to the management for any problems.
- Write trouble-shooting note.
- Get acceptation documents for final payment.
- Provide help to the sales coordinator to collect the remaining fund.
- Cost reduction by optimizing travel itinerary, and time reduction for installation and repair.
- Assist the dept to follow local installation process for all new system and for all product lines, until full acceptance of the system by customer.
- Participation on request to technical seminars or shows.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering/Physics.
- Business English proficiency.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Service Engineer in instrumentation industry, handling spectroscopy for medical segment.
- Own driving license (SIM A).
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication skill and presentation skill, good work ethics.
