The position
We are looking for an independent and proactive student who is not afraid of responsibilities and loves to provide added value.
As an Internal Communications intern, you will be working closely with the European Team of Leadership, Culture and Talent development at KraftHeinz, helping us shape Talent and Culture programs.
During the internship you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and operational activities- in which you will learn and practice the different elements of Internal Communication- such as employee engagement- storytelling- copywriting- content creation- and event planning- to name a few.
Responsibilities & Tasks Throughout The Role Include
As part of your daily tasks and projects you will support us in :
Creating videos to promote event, trainings, initiatives linked to our company culture.
Writing and design newsletter and communications by means of our communication company tools. You will be trained on using them and will get full access to these professional tools.
Thinking along with us on how to bring to life projects such as Career Weeks for internal employees, diversity initiatives, leadership and learning experiences.
You will develop videos, communications, presentations, logos and visuals for each of those projects.
Working closely with the communication team to make sure to learn and produce materials that are compliant with our company guidelines.
Qualifications
Relevant educational background- for example- in Communication / Journalism / Marketing / Branding / PR.
Excellent communication skills in English- both verbal and written.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft programs and tools. Experience with digital Internal Communication mediums- such as- intranet- newsletters and more is a plus.
Video editing and design skills.
NOTE EU working rights are required (Either you have EU Citizenship or you are studying in the Netherlands)
