Responsible to handle Internal Communications related tasks but not limited to projects, campaigns related to marketing, HR, change management. In charge of development and production of corporate publication.- Responsible for managing both development and production of corporate publications such as PRUPlanet, TAG Insider.
- Develop writeup articles and after event coverage for announcements and publication in Bahasa and English.
- Review writing materials from related departments.
- Organize and execute multiple events and activations for staff such as but not limited to staff kick off, town halls, anniversary and branding campaigns activations.
- Create promotional materials such as flyers, social media post, IG Reels, Videos etc.
- Create communications strategy and plan for marketing communications related campaigns.
- In charge of updating internal company microsite 1-PRU with company’s related news and contents.
- Administration support.
