Job Title: Commercial Marketing Senior Executive (Green Rebel Foods)
The Commercial Marketing Senior Executive is responsible for supporting the Head of Business Development & Marketing in matters regarding partnership, co-marketing, events activation and managing the marketing mix in Indonesia.
This is a hybrid-based role - the successful candidate must be able to work both independently,
while still being able to work and align closely with the internal and external stakeholders and agencies.
This role will report directly to the Head of BD & Marketing. This role will also work closely with the Brand & PR , Social Media team.
SCOPE OF WORK
COMMERCIAL MARKETING
In close partnership with the Business Development teams:
- Develop and execute Commercial Marketing strategies across Food Service, Retail, and Ecommerce partners and channels.
- Drive advertising campaigns across ATL channels to maximize reach, and drive conversions across Food Service, Retail, Ecommerce, and special projects, with a focus on Ecommerce and projects.
SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING AND CONTENT COMMERCIAL MARKETING
Support the management of social media accounts (FB, IG, TT, YT) through:
- Coordination content with commercial partners, including photography, pre-recorded and/or live video content.
- Coordination of commercial partnership in the social media content calendar.
- Boosting of social media content to relevant regions for content engagement and channel growth.
EVENTS AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT
In close partnership with Business Development teams:
- Support the coordination and execution of projects, campaigns, and events in both online and offline spaces.
- Be comfortable taking the lead in assigned project areas which can include agency communications, venue sourcing, hospitality management, resource management, programming, and more.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE…
- Has 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant field;
- Has good internal and external agency management skills;
- Has an excellent understanding of the social media landscape;
- Has good knowledge of digital advertising;
- Has a keen eye for detail, and takes nothing short of the highest standards;
- Is a cultural savant who is able to work comfortably and efficiently across different cultures, religions, backgrounds, and cities;
- Is able to work under highly collaborative but high-pressure environments with tight deadlines
