International Account Manager

Design & Manufacturing management company with international clientele based in Bandung is now hiring self-motivated individuals to fill the following position:

International Account Manager 

Position:

• International Account Manager for UDG GEAR www.udggear.com (luggage for the music industry)
• The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day communications with our International Accounts, is expected to ensure a steady growth of the business in alignment with companies policies and business direction

Location:

Ciumbuleuit, Bandung

Responsibilities:

• Supporting and reporting to the Managing Director, the role will be to drive and lead sales in appointed regions to deliver the sales objectives in line with company's expectations
• Develop, execute and monitor all sales strategies and plans to realize profitability and growth
• Assist in the formulation of strategies and budgets to launch, promote and sell companies products
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with appointed clients
• Responsible for all sales activities including preparation of presentations and proposals
• Identify and develop new business

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of international sales experience, good track records in consumer goods/retail industry, preferably in luggage/music industry
• Proven success in expanding companies business as well in new business development
• Experience with sales and accounting software
• Must be well versed in Microsoft and Google applications
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
• Strong management and leadership skills with solid business instinct
• Strong in marketing management
• Proactive, result oriented, interdependent
