Responsibilities :
- Manage all administration all cross marketing division
- Manage the overall Social Media channel (IG, Tiktok and Twitter), especially answering comments + DMs in real time.
- Manage day to day dashboard Tiktok, Twitter, IGS and IGF and to double check all datas in brand portal
- Scheduling Content. Responsible for scheduling when the content will appear on Social Media. Admin must do research, at what time does the Social Media account they manage get a good impression and engagement
- Exploring all Social Media and make a comment engagement in other KOLs or other brand
- Help to collect all the data needed for reporting daily on Social Media, compass (market share), and others
- Help for tracking internal giveaway winners, connect with CS and WH to contact winners and send gift
- Competitive review in terms of pricing and communication
- Coordinate with WH for stock availability for Social Media giveaways
- Research on trending Social Media content on tiktok, twitter and IG and references
- Tracking data for specific content (giveaway, sayembara, etc)
- Approval content, briefing to creative and help Social Media strategist to manage day by day content development to ready h-3 days before upload
- Manage timeline project Social Media
- Manage all request inside brand
- Handling all operational inside marketing division (checking stock, selection winner, brand partner data based etc)
- Brand competitive review compilation
Requirements :
- Fresh graduates from any major.
- Experienced / familiar in handling Social Media platform is a plus.
- Preferable experienced / familiar / interested in Healthcare Industry.
- Creatives and out-of-the-box thinking.
- Up to date with design trends, deep knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms.
- Proficiency in Social Media Platforms
- High attention to details and aesthetics able to work on wide range of medium
- Great team work, fast learner, and able to work on tight schedule
