Investor Relations Associate

Adaro MetCoal (subsidiary of PT Adaro Energy Tbk) is a leading group of coal mining companies in Indonesia. Currently we are looking for some qualified personnel to be based at our Head Office in Jakarta as “Investor Relations Associate”.

Job Responsibilities :

1. Conduct regular research on industry and peers. 
2. Assisting in preparing corporate publication (press release, quarterly reports, presentation, annual report, sustainability report, etc.).
3. Regular update and maintenance of AMI’s website. 
4. Organize documents filing and maintain IR databases. 
5. Conduct on-going dialogue with assigned capital market contacts, and provide answers to analysts/investors questions 
6. Work together with capital market contacts to prepare meetings, conferences, roadshows.

Job Challenges :

1. Large number of retail investors. 
2. Need to continuously update knowledge as the company’s business model is evolving beyond metallurgical coal. 
3. Coordinating and communicating with different departments and entities for reporting.
4. Providing updates and reports to other departments within group and the investment community.
