It Business Analyst (Manufacturing & Supply Chain)

Salary : Up to RM10,000

Responsibilities

• Serve as the IT Solution Lead supporting the Manufacturing & Supply Chain functions for the company's ERP migration from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Accountable for completion of all IT deliverables for the Batu Kawan manufacturing plant and distribution warehouse. Address technical inquiries and IT needs from the business team, and engage IT extended team members where required.
• Partner with the business leads and system integrator to confirm detailed design in Oracle Cloud and fulfill system requirements to enhance current business processes.
• Liaise cross-functionally with the workstream leads and Software Quality resources to complete system testing activities and SDLC documentation for the project.

Requirements:

• Strong background in using, configuring, or implementing Supply Chain Management (SCM) or Manufacturing (OCM) modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Experience supporting business functions and designing/implementing IT systems for the Manufacturing & Supply Chain organization.
• Proficient in conducting business process mapping, documenting functional requirements, and drafting test cases in preparation for design, build, & test cycles.
• Experience serving as the liaison between technical teams and business process owners/key users.
