Job Descriptions:
- Analyse and evaluate the company's business processes and identify areas that need to be developed
- Collect, validate, and document business requirements from stakeholders and users
- Create business process models and opportunities for process improvement
- Identify problems, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and make a business impact
- Create design and function specifications for solutions (wireframe, flow, rules)
- Checking the results of the design and system whether it is in accordance with the requirements
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, looking for areas that can be developed, and developing and implementing solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Hold meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Perform needs analysis.
- Communicating insights and plans to the relevant team and the management team
- Documenting and communicating the results of the work
- Gather information from multi-stakeholder meetings and produce useful reports
- Collaborate with clients/users, product teams, and managerial staff
- Provide leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff
- Ensuring the solution has completed the business needs and requirements
- Responsible for User Acceptance Testing
- Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Make work priorities based on business needs and requirements
- Act as an intermediary between stakeholders and users
- Monitoring the deliverables and ensuring the running time of the project
- Up to date with the latest technology to increase efficiency and process automation
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis
- Planning and monitoring with regular checks on requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Science Information or Technical Information preferably with has minimum of two years of working experience
- Has working experience as a Business Analyst (especially in the warehouse area or finance area)
- Has broadened knowledge of Business Analyst
- Expert in warehouse management and project logistics or have experience as a Business Analyst in the finance/payment gateway/banking/insurance area
- Strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, and good communication skills
- Experience working on the project
- Has technical ability and method modeling
- Understand the project life cycle (SDLC)
- Able to process data with high quantity (preferably in Excel)
- Able to interpret business processes in writing, speaking, or in flow diagrams
- Able to do GAP analysis
- Have a good knowledge of User Testing
- Can maintain good relations with stakeholders
