REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming or related field.
- 1+ years’ in general information technology experience. Fresh graduate welcome.
- Extensive experience with IT customer service, hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Moderate knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating system.
- Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly.
- Commitment to continuing education in service desk area.
