REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Programming or related field.
• 1+ years’ in general information technology experience. Fresh graduate welcome.
• Extensive experience with IT customer service, hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Moderate knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating system.
• Ability to focus on multiple projects at once and to troubleshoot problems quickly.
• Commitment to continuing education in service desk area.
