Job Requirements:
- Education – Bachelor degree from IT or Engineering
- Domicile: Medan
- Experience – minimum 3 years in related field
- Certifications / licenses – none
- Special skills – O/s Windows configuration, Network TCP-IP, Remote Desktop, Ms. Office, SQL
Job Responsibilities:
- .Accept incident tickets and service request from IT Service Management tool and perform the troubleshooting (by remote or visit stores)
- Perform store project (opening/closing/relocation/renovation) requirements based on IT project requirement and execute it in a timely manner.
- Responsible for stores IT infrastructure, network, hardware and software based configuration, to ensure they are working properly and ready to use
- Create and submit weekly report (backup hardware, performance activity, and outstanding issues, etc.) to be analysed by IT team
- Deliver new system setup and configuration changes, based on clear approval and monitor changes impact to stores, in order to minimize hassles for operation team
- Plan and create schedule of weekend duty, on leave, and replacement off days to ensure minimum impact to IT support availability
