Job Descriptions
- Provide IT assistance to staff and customers (installation and troubleshooting).
- Train end users on hardware and software program functionality.
- Monitor and Maintenance IT Asset hardware, software and system performance metrics.
- Perform network installation, maintenance and monitoring network, Security and Antivirus performance.
- Ensure all IT Asset is set based on Company Policy and have Security Aspects.
- Maintain database for Reporting Process and Ensure security aspects.
- Carry out reporting activities related to internal and external activities parties such as (Regulators, AFPI, ASPI, Pusdafil, etc)
- Ensure documentation processes, log Incidents/Problems, and initiate rapid escalation.
- Support Audit activities (internal, external and regulatory)
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar
- At least 5 years work experience and minimum 2-3 years of experience as an IT support, Infrastructure
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and OS (Linux, Windows, MAC)
- In-depth knowledge of LAN/WAN TCP/IP Protocol and able to use network devices (Mikrotik, Cisco, Aruba, etc.)
- Have Strong Analytical, Documenting processes, Reporting and monitoring skills
- Advanced knowledge of SQL database queries and maintenance
- Experience using Cloud Services such as (Alibaba, AWS, Huawei, GCP)
- Ability to keep up with technical innovation and trends in IT support
- Have good communication and coordination skills and teamwork spirit
- Strong self-motivation and independent problem-solving ability
- Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, cloud and on-premise infrastructure
- Familiar with DevSecOps tools, design, automation and and CI/CD tools, GitLab/GitHub, Jenkins, application containers, IAM (Identity and Access Management)
- Able to speak English in both speaking and writing
- Having Certification and Experience with ISO 27001 is a plus
- Having Experience in Fintech Company P2P,E-Money, etc. is a plus
