Procurement Project Support

Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI) is one of the world's Oleochemical Company which located in Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (KEK) Sei Mangkei, Kabupaten Simalungun, North Sumatera, is welcoming high caliber professionals to come on board as part of our team as Procurement Project Support (Contraact)

Position Overview:

Project Marvel 2, 3 & 4 are a major strategic project for Unilever being executed by Unilever Oleochemical Indonesia (UOI). This project is complex and to support Procurement Project in doing more strategic rather than administration jobs for supporting M2 (commissioning) and M3 establishment,  Procurement need 1 Procurement Administration to do administration and clerical stuffs, manage other stuff that related with other deparments, etc.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities expected from role:

1. Perform data entry for procurement Project.
2. Handle Data repository Procurement M2/M3/M4, PPP file, structure repository for all tender related documents, BARNs, Legal agreements signatory.
3. Undertake any other assignment related to main scope of work assigned by the Assistant Manager/Manager/HOD whenever deemed necessary.
4. Handle all filing of documents and other administrative work.
5. Assist in report processing.
6. Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned. 

Qualifications :

1. Minimum a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
2. Preferred experience in Oleo Chemicals Plant or Other Refineries / Chemical Factories related to Construction works.
3. Able to speak English.
4. Able to multi-task within tight deadlines.
5. Good communication skills.
6. High accuracy, initiative, able to work independently and in a team.
7. Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
