REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree in Informatics Technique, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
- Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- In depth knowlegde LAN & WAN, OS
- Understand server, conference equipment and CCTV
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
- At least 3 years work experience
- Good medical record
- Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
- Strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English (minimum B2 upper intermediate certification)
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Self motivated and able to work in at team
