It Technical Support

REQUIREMENTS :

• Degree in Informatics Technique, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
• Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• In depth knowlegde LAN & WAN, OS
• Understand server, conference equipment and CCTV
• Certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
• At least 3 years work experience
• Good medical record 
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients
• Strong oral and written communication skills with proficiency in English (minimum B2 upper intermediate certification)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Self motivated and able to work in at team
