REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Informatics Technique, Information Systems, or Computer Engineering
• Experience with installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Understand LAN & WAN, OS
• Good analytical and problem solving skills 
• Good interpersonal and customer care skills 
• At least 2 years work experience
• Good medical record 
• Excellent command in written and spoken English
• Self motivated and able to work in at team
• Employment type : full time

• Identifying hardware and software solutions
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Diagnosing and repairing faults
• Resolving network issues
• Installing and configuring hardware and software
• Speaking to customers to quickly get to the root of their problem
• Providing timely and accurate customer feedback
• Talking customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
